1. 14-Day Review Guarantee / 14 天交付审阅保障

All active subscription plans include an initial 14-day review guarantee from service commencement. If our engineering delivery does not meet agreed milestones within the first 14 calendar days, you may cancel with zero further commitment.

所有生效的月度订阅计划均包含自服务启动起首 14 天交付审阅保障。若在前 14 个日历日内工程交付未能达到约定的初期目标，您可终止订阅且无需承担后续进一步责任。

2. 7-Day Prototype Credit (RM 2,800) / 7 天原型开发抵扣规则（RM 2,800）

Our 7-day prototype engagement is billed as a one-time fixed fee of RM 2,800. When you subscribe to an ongoing monthly plan following the prototype, the full RM 2,800 is credited directly toward your subscription:

• Starter Plan (RM 2,500/mo): RM 2,500 is credited toward Month 1, and the remaining RM 300 balance is credited toward Month 2.
• Growth Plan (RM 4,500/mo): The full RM 2,800 is applied as an immediate credit against Month 1.
• Conditions: The prototype credit is applicable strictly toward active subscription invoices and is not refundable as cash.

7 天原型开发项目按一次性固定费用 RM 2,800 计费。在原型开发完成后转为正式月度订阅时，全额 RM 2,800 将直接抵扣您的订阅费用：

• Starter 计划（RM 2,500/月）： RM 2,500 抵扣首月（Month 1）月费，剩余 RM 300 结转至次月（Month 2）抵扣。
• Growth 计划（RM 4,500/月）： 全额 RM 2,800 直接冲抵首月（Month 1）账单。
• 抵扣说明： 原型开发抵扣仅限冲抵正式订阅账单，不可兑现或退还现金。

3. Month-to-Month Subscription & Cancellation / 按月订阅与取消规则

Month-to-month subscriptions are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. The pause-anytime flexibility applies strictly to the month-to-month plan. To cancel an active month-to-month subscription, clients must provide at least 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing date. Upon receipt of written notice, access and services continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

按月订阅模式按 30 天周期循环出账。随时暂停功能仅适用于按月订阅计划。如需取消按月订阅，客户须在下一个出账日前至少提前 14 天书面通知。收到书面通知后，服务与支持将持续至当前已付费结算周期结束。

4. 12-Month Annual Contract & Early Termination / 12 个月年度合约与提前解约规则

Clients committing to a 12-month annual agreement receive a 10% discount on the monthly price (Starter at RM 2,250/mo, Growth at RM 4,050/mo) and have the one-time RM 3,500 setup fee waived (RM 0 setup fee). If the client elects early termination prior to completing the 12-month term, the client must provide at least 30 days' written notice, and the waived RM 3,500 setup fee plus the 10% discount difference for all months already billed become payable upon termination.

选择 12 个月年度合约的客户享有月费 10% 优惠（Starter 优惠价为 RM 2,250/月，Growth 优惠价为 RM 4,050/月）并免除一次性 RM 3,500 设置费（RM 0 设置费）。若客户在 12 个月合约期满前提前解约，须提前至少 30 天书面通知，此前免除的 RM 3,500 设置费以及已出账月份享受的 10% 折扣差额将在解约结算时补齐。

5. Currency, Invoicing & Price Lock / 计价货币、账单与锁价说明

All formal contracts, service agreements, and invoices are denominated and billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Your agreed subscription price is locked on the day you sign your agreement. Interactive figures displayed in Singapore Dollars (S$) and United States Dollars (US$) on our website are indicative reference prices calculated from Bank Negara Malaysia Open API rates and rounded up to the nearest 10.

所有正式合同、服务协议与账单均以马来西亚令吉（MYR）计价与结算。签约当日即锁定您的订阅价格。官网上显示的交互式新加坡元（S$）与美元（US$）金额均为参考价格，由马来西亚国家银行（Bank Negara Malaysia）官方开放 API 汇率计算得出并向上取整至最接近的 10 位数。
